We attend call-outs throughout Kent and our Service Department and ISPE-trained pool engineers are experts in dealing with any issue, so you can be rest assured that your pool is safe in friendly, knowledgeable hands.

Urgent & Non-Urgent Call Outs & Repairs
If you require urgent help RTW can provide an emergency call-out service which includes a temporary fix if necessary.
We also offer non urgent call-outs and repairs for fault-finding, breakdowns and non-urgent repairs. Our priority is to get your pool and equipment working again as quickly as possible
(charged per hour — minimum call-out fee required)
Seasonal Shut Downs, Winter Services and Open Up’s
RTW will shut down your swimming pool and equipment ready for the winter season, fit your winter debris cover and carry out a mid winter service to ensure your pool stays protected over the colder months. When the weather warms up we will ensure your pool is ready to swim in when you are!
